ester & erik accepts the following online payments: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, PayPal.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or decline the payment.

You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of your order. Return costs are paid by you. Returned goods must be sent to the following address:
